To get into the finals of any PMC contest PMC hosts, the entrys have to get a high amount of diamonds and fav's. PMC judges did not decide on the finalists, the community did. So if you disagree that this skin shouldn't have been in th finals, then put it up with the community, don't blame the judges. finalists are juged by the pmc judges though.
