The character is less the focus, and more so the outfit. Specifically the overcoat. Directly inspired by the vampire robes introduced in Skyrims Vanguard dlc.
I absolutely loved this coat and copy pasted it to a lot of base skins I had made over time. Even did some recolors.
This is a simple generic base. Could be a ranger, a rogue, or some generic guard in a different fantasy setting.
