Vault 67 has opened its doors to the wastelands of America after the nneffects of The Great War. Vault 67 was the last vault know to be shut nnand was a late one to open. All Vaults, including Vault 67, have to have scientists to keep the reactor in check, along with making sure the water is purified correctly. Howwever, Vault 67 had some "extra" problems to deal with, Vault 67 was next to a nuclear powerplant which was deactivated before the bombs fell on that fateful day, this meant that Vault 67 had to make sure that they kept the radioactive waste from the powerplant out of the vault and away from the water supply. This is a skin of a Vault 67 scientist with simple overcoat and glasses. Please give credit if this skin us re-uploaded with changes.
