Actually, I can't really give an exact verdict of what he's from. I referenced him from so many sources (people, animes, steampunk fashion, other skins), that he's just kinda become his own thing.

Literally my first skin, it took me hours because I had no idea how to go about doing this. I had to look at so many tutorials T^T
