The pilots/crew in the bridge of the prince of Sufokia's whale submarine. They aren't the bavest bunch when it comes to battle.
Hey, what better nation to put into the contest for Life on seas than sufokia, a nation (in Wakfu) based entirely on fishing.
Also foggernauts live underwater in a big Atlantis type structure/dome.

(EDIT) changed the face a bit, it looks good on camera, but as a walking playermodel, it just looks weird.
