She is the water guardian and her meaning to life is to preserve, control and maintain water and it's properties. This skin shows her in a modern costume, but whilst her body is in it's true state. Her powers are controlling water and becoming water herself. She is thought to live under the Pacific ocean, far from human civilisation and nearest the largest body of water. There she maintains the water and reduces any passing tsunamis to a tenth of there original power to help mankind.
