I draw skins from time to time and when I did that one i watched Rango and started playing RDR2 and felt like making one of a sheriff with a whiter head (because they are stylish)
PS: this is a novakin reupload (there are a bunch of old skins of mine there so im posting here with more appreciation and i'll preferably post only the ones I really like :P )
