Welp, it had to be tried - not sure if I succeeded. Here's the new Overwatch Summer Games skin for the character Widomaker.
"Côte d'Azur"

I'm happy with the head and body, but not with the arms or legs. Might have to completely re-do the sarong. eh.

Real Widowmaker is unimpressed with this skin.
