William Afton is the Purple Kid, the killer of all five children whose souls have taken over the classic animatronics. When at Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria, William broke into the pizzeria on Saturday night, he lured the animatronics to a secret room that their program can't see. After William broke all the animatronics, their souls materialized what Afton saw. He ran to hide inside the Spring Bonnie animatronic suit, which he used to kill children inside of him. Due to Afton's bad attitude towards the suit, water that dripped from the ceiling fell onto the SpringLock mechanism of the endoskeleton. As a result, all the parts of the animatronic pierced into William's body and pierced him through, creating fountains of blood from the holes in the suit. Afton was dying alone and no one could help him, he screamed loudly, but in the secret room of the pizzeria, no one hears him from the main hall. As a result, Afton died inside the suit that he used in the past to kill all these children whose souls are doomed to suffer inside the body of the animatronics. After 30 years, Afton came to life as an animatronic Springtrap. The killer went on to kill everyone after the fire at the Fazbear Horror Attraction. Afton survived a second time and escaped.
