The little puffy things in his hair are supposed to be clouds..? And the purple twirl at the back is a part of the shawl, at least I hope it comes across that way.
Also did this one with the night light on, so there's a bonus feature. :B

Touch up! > { Looks simpler than the first try, but I've been working on defining the shapes! The twirl looks much better, the hair/clouds have been fixed to stand out appropriately and the clothes simplified but with shadowing. :]}
