The theme is air/elf (and steampunk?), this is skin 2 out of 2! I was encouraged to use my creativity alongside a sketch, and add whatever I felt would work; it's fun to do this, as the outcome is more unpredictable! XB
The hair worked out nicely (the criteria here was a blue-to-yellow ombre) and the boots are super cute! At least they're the cutest boots I've ever made ╮(╯▽╰)╭
