It took me more than 3 hours to do this. The process was just; find Windows XP loading screen on google images, use the picture that looks good(like in terms of saturation and warmth ect.) and just colour sample and try to make it look like the shading isn't doo doo. I also made this in the summer of 2017 but I don't know why I havent uploaded it to the internets but oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Hope you like it.
