Yah Chieng | Conan The Cimmerian

Yah Chieng is the leader of the Scarlet Circle, a small group of wizards, which rarely contains more than ten or twelve members. One day Yah Chieng seized power by overthrowing the previous Emperor, thus becoming the wrost enemy of the priests of Yun. Indeed, only a person validated by the priests of Yun is worthy of being the empreror of Khitai.
The members of the Scarlet Circle are arrogant, ambitious and manipulative. The eliminate anyone who gets in ther way and they don't hesitate to send assassins to kill for them.

The Empire of Khitai is the westernmost nation of the Hyborian continent. It is an immense ancient empire, protected from Hyrkanian invasions and looting by a a long wall. It is the stonghold of the world's most powerful magicians and masters of the eastern world.
