Love the shading, would say though that the skin color for the back of the head is a tad too dark, try limiting yourself to 3-6 colors for the skin, and the side of the arms are plain, I'd recommend darkening it one shade then adding the original color as highlights. For the legs, They look great other than the major color difference for the knees, the darker color is so different it kind of looks like he has knee-pads. This is just some helpful criticism to try to help you get better. The way you shaded the overalls was great, same with the shoes. Oh and I just noticed one other thing, when the hair goes down that should be some of the darkest points but the hair lined up in a way it looked like rather then shadows that it seemed to glow. Also other than the small issue, the arms are great, prob better then most of mine.
