Your Average Wellie (We Happy Few)

A citizen from the game We Happy Few. They are known as Wellies because the game takes place in Wellington Wells, a fictional town in England, in 1964. In the game, the Germans won WW2 and because of the damage done, all of the Wellies take pills called Joy, which makes them happy and forget everything bad that happend. I decided to make this because it's the first We Happy Few skin put on here. BTW We happy few is only in Pre-Alpha version right now, so you won't actually be able to play it for about a year.
