First of all, this is probably the best presentation of any texture pack I've seen in a long time. A++ sir. Secondly, you sound quite enthusiastic about this pack and I like that.
HOWEVER,
There is nothing wrong with a good simple texture pack. Nothing at all. They can be quite well made and comfortable, but keep in mind I said "good". Take this simple pack for example:http://goo.gl/fmERvz . Now, I'm not saying to go out of your way and go beyond 16x, but notice the differences. Simple texture packs aren't focused around single base colors, theyre focused around a simple pallete. Notice how, even while they still fit into the theme, they use multiple colors. This adds variety, which everyone likes. They have one or two base colors, but use minimal shading techniques and light detailing. This doesnt make it a full-on themed texture pack, but it does make it an exceptional "Simple" themed pack. However, yours doesnt. You use only 1-2 base colors, and dont seem to branch out at all. Dont take this as an insult (Please), but your pack could be majorly improved if you'd use light detailing and simple shading techniques!
