I didn't never really liked the cross model in minecraft especially for a crystal, so i decided to change for a 3D one based on Minecraft Dunngeon crystal. Enjoy!

hey, i enjoy your 3d texture packs and was hoping to provide some constructive criticism if thats ok, i believe that by using less rectangles but making them thicker like your dripstone, along with angling them outwards would make for some prettier amethyst crystals, awesome job regardless, and thanks for the packs

I agree with you. These have a bit too much cubes but spitting them outward would actually make them feel less like vanilla and more like the vanilla tweak one. I tried changing it a little but I wasn't happy with the result so I didn't post it. You might someday see a more simplified vwrsion

id say dont give up, and try very subtle outwards tilts, like the crystal was fractured rather than an explosion-esque appearence, idk if you have a discord, but i could better explain with pictures of real amethyst crystals
