I'm not sure if this is a limitation of Fabric/Quilt mods implementing Optifine's features or a bug with the pack, but normal cats' faces get flattened when the pack is enabled. All other models work fine.

nothing changed much since OF 1.20.1 officially released
Remember use Optifine and custom entity model=ON
if you want it on Fabric please use the CEM mod
