Bed Items brings bed item textures back to Java, with some new shading as well.
I guess when coloured beds were added, the Java devs felt it was too much effort to do all 16 colours (which I can confirm, is a lot of effort) but then the devs for Legacy Console and PE did it anyways?? And they didn't share these textures with eachother?? Legacy console and PE have different, unique bed items from eachother. Was there like, no communication between the three teams? 2/3 had these textures, why did Java continue not to? Also, those bed textures were definitely made at the same time, so two separate people were simultaneously making different sets of bed item textures. Okay. Bedrock still has these textures, and since they are absent in Java, they weren't updated in the 1.14 texture update (that's why I did this in the first place). So now exclusively Bedrock has these unique item textures, and beds SHOULD have item textures, but they look like crap anyway. I wanted to get this out an hour ago but I started writing this. Whoever did the PE items messed up the AA on the right side of the white bed. They used a lighter tone rather than a darker tone, like the other beds. Legacy console did it right, though i prefer the contrast of the PE one. Though it's a little dark and could be mistook as a grey bed. Yeah. grEy. Not grAy. GrEy is better, no doubt in my mind. Minecraft uses grAy, but wouldn't Sweden have moreso British English? It's probably Notch's fault. Also, no, I'm not British! I'm Canadian (slightly less funny). And yes, I just use the respective language to fix this, but with advanced tooltips i see the grAy anyways. What is Canadian English though? Like how much is that different to British English? The only unique thing I can think is toque. There's no toques in Minecraft. "Beanie" sounds stupid. Google Docs wants me to switch to British English, but when I do it wants me to switch back to American. Almost like language is not black & white... Goooogle...... Oh, yes, beds. I want to go to bed.
