this keeps happeneing to me. sometimes when I download packs off of this website when I put it in my pack folder it doesn't even show up on my packs list. what is going on?

its becuz your texture pack is inside the folder, you just need to open downloaded file, open it and drag the folder inside the resource packs folder ;)
