added links to modrinth page
fixed pack format + version number to latest version. will no longer say outdated on resource pack screen. otherwise works the same (no need to redownload unless you found the outdated warning annoying, which you can also fix by changing the number for pack format to 34 in the pack.mcmeta (you can just open it in notepad)
