Exactly as it says; all sculk blocks including the warden turned into monochrome coloring. It also changes the soul torches as well, but there is a separate pack in the zip file that changes that. Should work for all versions.

Now includes the update calibrated sculk sensor; which was accidentally not added until 12/16/24.

For some reason the I had failed to include that in the original upload but it should have that now, also as long as you have a link to the original that would be fine.
