May sound like much, but maria fish would be awesome, or like a Fish Cheep Cheep, a Squid to Blooper, or a Phantom to a Boo, Or a Zombie Goomba, Yoshi Horse and the list goes on, this idea you had has potential, btw, this looks really good and the animations are awesome ngl.

also you should also make the creeper head into a bob-omb, I'm also pretty sure the creeper head is a separate model than the creeper if that helps at all.
