This resource pack changed the texture of the Phantom mob, so that they blend in with the night sky. Basically, if you hate yourself and want to go through pain, use this pack. They are now black with white eyes and spots.
(They look a bit different from the one in the picture, but that's because I got rid of the old texture.)
To install the resource pack, unzip the file and add the file inside of it to the resource packs folder.
