this pack only works on java so if you're on bedrock then it won't work.
Otherwise, you have to extract the .zip file, open your resource packs folder, and place the extracted folder in it. If this didn't clear anything up there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube such as this one https://youtu.be/p5qDXaXrrQ8. ( :

I know how to download it, the pack just doesn’t show up in the recourse pack menu
