This resource pack adds more textures for some tameable mobs being wolves, cats, foxes, ocelots and parrots.

This pack requires optifine to work.


The following dog breeds were made for tamed wolves

Husky (will sometimes be brown), collie (will sometimes be blue merle), German shepherd, Belgian malinois, Finnish lapphund, rottweiler/dobermann, shikoku and shiba inu
Now also labradors, golden retrievers, saint bernards, boerboels, dalmations and border collies

The following cat breeds and colors were made for cats

Abyssinians, black and white, tortoiseshell, grey and white, lynx point siamese, havana brown, sphynx, exotic shorthair, classic tabby, egyptian mau and snowshoe

The following variants were made for foxes

Marbled, grey, cross, silver, calico, champagne and will rarely spawn in as a blue, gold or derpy fox. They also have a chance of spawning as raccoons or red pandas.

The following birds were made for parrots

Bluejay and cardinal

The following felines were made for ocelots

African wildcat and European wildcat

The following variants were made for horses

Knabstrupper, blanket, pinto, zebra, North Swedish horse and fjord horse
Vanilla horses are changed slightly


I made this pack for a friend's server (FurHavenMC) and they were okay with me posting it on here for others to use! I hope you like it!

Question- Will these mobs ever be their own separate packs, incase someone only wants the Blue
Jay and cardinal, but not the horses- etc?

Actually, I tested it before uploading. So, yes, it actually does work. Do you have optifine installed? If not, that's why it doesn't work for you. You can download it here: https://optifine.net/downloads



Make sure your Minecraft version is 1.17.1 as well.

Hi! Will this work on 1.16.5? I am in love with those parrot textures :0 also, is the pack compatible with other texture packs like Mizuno 16 Craft?

Hello! Sorry for the late response! Yes it does work for 1.16.5 :o, just ignore the pop-up saying it's made for a newer version. I'm not sure it its compatible with other packs though, sorry.
