Optifine is required!!!!! (I know Optifine isn't out yet for 1.19 but it will work when it comes out, but for now you just have to use 1.18.1 Optifine, Sorry)

To Get the Rings, you have to rename "Lapis Lazuli" to "Enchantment Rings" and place it is a glow item frame UNDER the Enchanting Table.
It Is Compatible with "Magic Enchanting Table" Made By 'Spryzeen'.
(And All of the packs he shows that are compatible with, his are compatible with mine)
The Textures Are Animated And Will Glow If You Put the CIT in a GLOW ITEM FRAME.
FUN FACT!!!!!! Did you know that 'CIT' Stands for "Custom Item Texture", and used to only work with Optifine!! But is getting a Non-Optifine Version Here -> [Link]
