I cant get it to show up in my resource packs in minecraft (i know how to download texture packs tho, ive played with many). Help? (game version 1.16.2)

having the same problem, i drop it into the resource pack folder and it doesn't show up in game.

Maybe, u use texture pack that include changed elytra texture. Try to put my resource pack at the very top of the list
