Now includes the older format in misc folder (not assets/minecraft/textures/misc)

The colormaps are reduced to Sega Genisis colorpallete

turns out I messed it up and there are 2 main ways to do this. This is because the hardware was analog. Also tere are different ways to "restrict" or limit to a palette or certain bits of color. I will probably do a "true version" where the format is correct sometime after I reinstall ImageMagic or whatever on linux.
