it doesnt work for version 1.21.5 like you said it does' 'this is meant for an older version of Minecraft'' and sometimes this happens but I cannot see the textures in game and I cannot find a version that it works on if you have a solution to this please reply

Hi, it should work for 1.21.5, atleast it does for me. Maybe you have some other texturepacks that are messing it up?
