Drifting Breeze is a mostly 16x16 resource pack that was made for a DB32 competition, which it won (by default, as the contest died and it was the only entry).
As has been said, almost every texture in this pack uses nothing but the 32-colour DB32 palette. I have only added in one more colour to the palette so far (a lighter brown).

+Added rough, dark and brick prismarine and sea lantern (slow colour changing animation as well)
+Added red sandstone (and all varients)
+Added andesite, diorite and granite (and smooth varients)
+Added birch, spruce, jungle, acacia and dark oak door
+Added iron trapdoor
+Added inverted daylight sensor top
+Added slime block
+Added barrier
+Added coarse dirt
+Added wet sponge, and new dry sponge
+New cake
+New diamond tools and sword
+Added 'Alex' default skin
+Added rabbits (all varients)
+New 1x1 painting
+Alternate paintings (can be found in assets/minecraft/textures/paintings)
*Made diamond and emerald transparent
*Splashes and stuff
*probably some other stuff that i forgot

Hey guys if you want to replace any of the default textures that havent been done yet, i like to go with Jolicraft because it fits in perfectly with the theme, not the palette though :P
