What's preventing someone from using the textures in their own pack and sending it to people? I mean they are just technically the dungeons models and textures. Couldn't someone come back at you and say that they are using it fairly?

I did read that, but my main question is this:



Say someone models the mob and puts the texture on it themselves, what's preventing you from going up to them and claiming their work just because it looks similar to yours?



To be honest there's really no way of telling who made what if someone makes a youtube video on it without posting their version of the pack.
