Please do not comment on this pack unless you have seen or played the latest version on DVZ as of August 3, as you likely won't understand the pack. (I kinda wish someone would comment through)

UPDATE: As of 8/9, new music disk for mob spawns have been added! I also made the suicide pill purple, but I liked the shape of the original Ghast Tear. I also changed the golden nugget into a gold Ghast Tear, mostly because I don't like the original texture. If people don't like it, I'll change it back for you guys. Lastly, I changed the inventory screen up a bit. I wanted to stay true to the original textures, but I thought a little color and texture would make it look a little cooler.
Once again, If people don't like the changes I've made, I will change them back for you. Tell me what you guys think!
As of 8/11, inventory screen has been fixed.

could you put up some more pictures? or is it just the items that have been modified?

The items, inventory screen, and piston head are the only things to be modified. I wanted the default texture pack for all items except those that had a new use in DVZ.
