Eldpack was an AMAZING pack, created by a former artist at Mojang.
Here is the link to the original Eldpack Page - it's been about 9 years since it was officially updated.

Eld set up an official website when the pack was uploaded. Here you can find a link to an Unofficial Continuation recommended by Eld themself.

Eldpack has been unofficially updated to 1.16 by someone named Freem. They've done a great job of keeping the pack alive!
After rediscovering the texture pack I wanted some connected glass textures, but I didn't find any online.... so I made it myself!

THIS IS NOT A FULL RESOURCE PACK - THIS IS AN ADD-ON

There is a readme file in the .zip with detailed instructions on how to add this support to the existing resource pack

I'll do ya one better, check out this discord channel. The 3 main contributors of the pack run it, and they recently (in the last week) just added a TON of connected texture support for several textures.

wow, it was hard to find the continuation of this project, this is the only result that shows up in pmc.

Also github is horrible, took me forever to find the damn download button :P

Anyway, happy to see people are still working on this pack, its the best.

I agree! The GitHub continuation is a continuation that's just not updated as much as it should be.... I'm considering taking up the mantle for 1.17 stuff



I just don't wanna get in over my head and start in on it only to abandon it :/

Yah resource packs are a lot of trouble, Im currently updating my own, and now i see mojang decided to go back on the naming of folders and files, so way too much stuff is broken again... they should stop messing with names.
