EMBER FORTRESSES is a simplistic Minecraft resource pack that breaths some well deserved life back into the Nether Fortresses.

This recourse pack revamps all of the Nether Brick textures, giving the Nether Fortresses a new darker vibe! No more horrible purple bricks!
This pack also provides re-textures for the Red Nether Brick blocks, and a small suite of Optifine random mob textures!

Black Nether Brick inspired by the Vanilla Tweaks team! vanillatweaks.net/

Optifine is required for new mob textures!

BONUS FEATURES:
  • Cracked, Cobbled and Singed variations of Nether Bricks.
  • Cracked Nether Bricks have a cool ember glow!
  • Chiselled Nether Bricks now resemble both inhabitants of the Nether Fortresses.
  • Skeletons in the Nether resemble their Wither counterparts!
  • Skeletons, Wither Skeletons and Blazes have received alternative textures (Optifine required!)
  • You might bump into a rare Soul Fire Blaze!! remove_red_eyeremove_red_eye

I know you probably get this a lot but I want to know, is it possible to have this pack with the original color scheme of Nether Bricks?

I love the dark mode, but also I really like the red of the original Nether Bricks?

I absolutely love this pack, but the skeleton textures brake when prioritized over, is there a possibility for just the block version?
