If you want, you can edit the rates by unzipping the file and going into \assets\minecraft\optifine\random\entity\enderman

and then editing the enderman.properties file. then, you can change it so instead of a 100 to 1 ratio, you can make it 0 to 100 and it should work. you can make it 50 50 as well.
