Get it with the map(When it comes out). Updates will be going along with this, like new textures for blocks, and possibly sounds later. WARNING: You may have to scavenge for the blocks you need in the creative menu.

Added log_jungle_top as a reversed log_acacia_top to combat texture flipping in 1.9, on the vent textures

I plan to get the rest in soon. With the 4th game coming out its a bit difficult to put in 3 or 4 things at a time!
Did you put it in your AppData --> Roaming --> .minecraft --> resourcepacks
If so...
Are you running on Windows?
Are you running minecraft on 1.8 or higher?
(edit) and i do AppData ---> Roaming ---> .minecraft ---> resourcepacks and not works
Beyond this I don't know. I'll keep searching.
