    hello flap flip! I hope this helps, this is how you get rid of the broken chest thing:
    so first off, you need to go to the pack.mcmeta and change the number "4" to "6".
    and then you go to the minecraft files and go to "versions", then to "1.16.4".
    then take out the "assets", now go to "minecraft", and now you can take the "textures" file from your pack and replace it with the original "textures" file from minecraft.
    then take the "textures" file and drag it into your texture pack.

    by the way, to get the image working it needs to be 256 x 256.
