Yeah, I could do that! Are you thinking like multiple colors on one vine? Or multiple colors on different vines but in one resource pack? Or just like different resource packs that have different colors?

Absolutely! I had been thinking of releasing some separate packs with different colors, so I think I'll do it that way, but I'd be happy to compile it into one pack with multiple colors for you if you'd like :)

Do you have any color suggestions? I was thinking a cyan blue, a soft red, a lilac purple, and a soft pink, and of course the original peach orange

I'm sorry but I don't think a Bedrock port would be possible :(

Due to the way colormaps work in Minecraft (plants/grass changing color depending on the biome they're in), the vines need a new model (the shape of the block) so that the flowers didn't also change color. And unfortunately in Bedrock, I do not think it's possible to change a block's model. Without the new model, the flowers would change color and be the wrong color in every biome.
