I was given the permission from the owner of Garnet to upload a fixed version for 1.13.x! I loved this texture pack, so I wanted to make it actually usable in 1.13.x and if there are any other textures that are broken that I missed, let me know and shoot me a message! I also changed the regular glass texture to have borders so that it was not invisible. Thanks, Jknap.
