I thought transparency only worked on water and lava *Since it didn't work on glass and pistons in my portal2Craft pack :3*

If u use photoshop u can do that , also a friend of mine uses a hack ( i dont say who ) and there the xray pack is just like that but there you can turn off and on

Well I have paint.net that can make things transparent too.
