This resource pack goes from glowstone to greenscreeen. The reason you cant just use green concrete is because concrete still has a little texture in it. Why glowstone?? If its a lightblock, then there will be no shading. This resource pack is not meant to use while playing survival, more for adding things in an image or video, like your character climbing a ladder, or just changing the background like in the images i put
