This resource pack is not really themed, not really that different than default Minecraft, but it makes it feel different. This resource pack includes the following so far:

Completeness
Blocks: 98%
Items: 10%
Mobs: 20%
Particles: 70%
GUI: 5%

Other Features
Damaged items! Items look different depending on how much durability they have left. (Only wood items so far)
Custom water and lava!
Custom lighting! Darker caves and more realistic lighting.
Connected textures! For glass, bookshelves and wood planks.
Biome specific mob skins! So far for creepers and zombies only.
