Level 41 : Master Crafter

Fletching Table:

Changed one of the arrowheads to flint
Changed the other arrow to a spectral arrow
Put the target behind the band holding it in place
Created a unique base
Updated top and sides to be more seamless

Arrows:

Updated all arrows to be thicker(?) and have their edges go all around
Made the normal arrowhead item use flint for an arrowhead

All arrows in bows, crossbows, and as projectiles have been updated as well

Progress	100% complete
