Fletching Table:
- Changed one of the arrowheads to flint
- Changed the other arrow to a spectral arrow
- Put the target behind the band holding it in place
- Created a unique base
- Updated top and sides to be more seamless
- Updated all arrows to be thicker(?) and have their edges go all around
- Made the normal arrowhead item use flint for an arrowhead
