Replaces the boot textures(Model and Item) With the Chicago Jordan 1's.
The Chainmail boots orange color is a reference to the material used to craft chainmail; Hold-able Fire.
The Gold boots have an alternate color scheme, Sporting the classic red colors of the Jordan 1's. The reason the Gold boots have this color is because of gold commonly being found in the nether (Hence the red color), and the yellow of the Gold boots was too close too the orange of the Chainmail boots

If you're still wanting the Red ones, You have to go into .minecraft<resourcepacks<Jordan 1 Chicago boots<assets<minecraft<textures<item and find the the image labeled golden_bootsALT and remove the ALT part of the name. Then your pc will say there's already a file named golden_boots. Click replace file, then go back out into textures. In textures, go to models<armor and find gold_layer_1ALT and remove the ALT part of the name like last time. Then just reload the texture files in minecraft, and it should work!
Doing it this way will delete the yellow ones though, so i usually rename the yellow boot images to somthing like; gold_boots1 or gold_layer_12
Hope this helps ^^
