I have a stuffed Kiiroitori Duck, so I decided to make a model of it in Minecraft. Rename a wooden shovel "Junior" to get the texture.
To get it on your head, run this command

/replaceitem entity @p armor.head wooden_shovel{display:{Name:'{"text":"junior"}'}}
