Yes, this is really 4x4, not 16x16 (mobs are 2x2)
4x4 items don't work with some mods, including Mo'Creatures, so download the one that says original items if it's not working, you can also pick one of the mo'creatures download (original items is the mo'creature items, minecraft items are already original) Go to MinecraftForum, for original post, and other downloads and versions
