Top-grass, dirt, side-grass, top-snow, oak planks, gold, oak log, mossy cobble, diamond, iron bars, emerald, gold ore, birch planks, pine planks, jungle planks, smooth-stone, cobble, diamond ore, turning rail, coal ore, furnace front off, furnace side, dispenser, furnace front on, iron ore, straight rail, bookshelf, furnace/dispenser top/bottom, crafting table, redstone ore, and lapis lazuli ore.

Some of the textures are a little "disfigured". I might try my hand at updating this, doesn't seem to hard, except some textures are missing pixels (disfigured).

Torches, cactus, beds, tripwire hook, end portal frame.
plus fire is missing due to the 2 FIRE TEX! spaces getting disfigured I guess.
