Your bed looks like it is wrapped in plastic. The pack looks promising, but there needs to be a greater variation from the default.

1:use Gimp
2:replace steve with a valid png file or get a texture pack and replace the "char" png with a valid png you want for your skin :) HAPPY HUNTING

You can use photoshop to create one.
If you want to download skins you most log in on you profile on minecraft.net and upload your skin.
