Does this only change Phantoms in Badlands and Desert biomes into Vultures, or does it effect all Phantoms?

the resource pack affects all Phantoms, I'm probably not gonna change it any time soon, but we'll see :)

hi will this get an update to become biome specific, ive tried editing the pack myself to do it but have been having trouble :(

Hi! Right now my PC is broken so I can't work on any resource pack releted stuff. I might do biome specific valtures in the future tho ;)
